Reirei personality type is ENFJ, which means he has the Fe-Se-Fi triad.
His Se, Ne, and Fi represent his strong need for independence. He also has Se, Ne, and Fi in his tertiary function. He is the only ENFJ I know of that has Fi in his tertiary. He makes up for that lack of Fe in his tertiary with the presence of Ni, which allows him to see what needs to be done for everyone. He also has Si, which is about building communities. It is this ability to find out how to make things better for everyone that makes him such an effective organizer.
I think he is also an example of the Fe-Ni-Si triad. Fe-Ni-Si is about making things happen, and Se-Fi-Ne can be used to make things happen. His Si is both about seeing how things work, and about building community. He can use Se-Fi-Ne to make things happen by looking at people's needs, and using Ni to connect them to each other.
