What is the personality type of Coach? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Coach from Death Race and what is the personality traits.
Coach personality type is INTJ, and I’ve found that to be a bit of a contradiction.
INTJ is one of the rarest personality types, in my experience. It takes a special person to both interact with and be able to appreciate people who are not just like them. That’s why I respect coaches who can be good leaders and understand the individual needs of each team member.
The difference between coaching a team and coaching players is that it’s people who are playing. And they all have individual personalities, strengths, and weaknesses.
For a coach, it’s not just the game that’s at stake. It’s the relationships between players, the chemistry of the team, what happens when they lose and how they bounce back. Coaches have to think about all those things, too.
There’s a lot more to coaching than just having good tactics and strategies. I think some coaches make this mistake, thinking that winning games is all that matters. But success is about more than just winning.
When you coach, you have to make decisions about the future of the team.
