I think you're being a bit silly.
ISFPs are not quiet or introverted. In fact, they are very loud, open, and outgoing.
To me, your comparison to ISFPs is like the guy who says "I'm the same way as an ISTP and ESFJ, they're like me!".
ISFPs are introverted, but they're very extroverted. They will have their quiet time, but are loud and outgoing in general; this is why ISFPs are great for socializing.
Also, if you're talking about how ISFPs don't like people telling them what to do (you), then I would say that you're wrong. ISFPs are very easy to get along with. They will do exactly whatever you tell them (within reason), but will always want you to be happy.
ISFPs are definitely not the same as ISTPs, and the two types are definitely different. You're getting way too hung up on the type labels.
