Carrie personality type is ESTJ, otherwise known as the “boss” personality. While ESTJs are “bossy”, they are also “productive”, “organized”, “responsible”, and “responsible”. I’ve seen this ESTJ personality trait in the workplace, in the classroom, in my personal life, and in my leadership roles in both the Democratic and Republican parties.
I have no problems with someone being bossy. I have no problem with someone being organized and responsible. I have no problem with someone being productive and responsible. But I do have a problem with people who are too pushy, and who think they know what’s best for everyone else.
The ESTJ personality type is the “dictator”. The ESTJ is the person who takes charge of everything, and they don’t like to take no for an answer. The ESTJ is the person who thinks they know what’s best for everyone else, and they won’t stop until they get their way.
