I think her value system is highly developed and she takes great pride in her role as a caregiver. She is highly conscientious and very responsible. However, I think she has a tendency to over-control and over-schedule herself. I would not describe her as a “people person,” although she definitely has a lot of people skills.
I think her most significant weakness is that she has trouble delegating. She is very impatient with those who lack initiative or don’t follow her directions. She has a tendency to micromanage.
She is an excellent manager, perhaps even an excellent leader. She takes great pride in the appearance of the office she works in, and she is usually very good at getting things done. I do not see her as a natural leader, however, because she doesn’t make enough time for herself, nor does she make time for others.
She is very intelligent and very well educated. She has a very high IQ, but I don’t know that that is where her intelligence lies. Her IQ is not the highest that I have seen, but it is high nonetheless.
