Nicole personality type is INFJ, but as I mentioned in my intro, I don't think that INFJs are actually rare or "special" on the Myers-Briggs scale.
NIJ: What would be your advice to people who read your book and think they may be INFJ on the MBTI and want to learn more and understand and support themselves and others on this personality type?
E: I would first try to talk with people that seem to share your personality type about their experiences of the INFJ personality type. That's the best way of learning about the personality type. (I recommend reading my blog post, "The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator: The Ultimate Resource for INFJs".)
I'd also try to find a therapist or counselor that seems like someone you can trust and build a trusting relationship with. That's the best way to learn about the personality type (and if you're lucky, you can find someone who can understand and support you, and maybe even help you understand and develop your personality type).
Another thing I'd recommend is reading about the INFJ personality type.
