Bud White personality type is ISFP, and is the type that most resembles my own. The two prototypical ISFPs that I've met were both private, quiet, and locked up in their own worlds. One was a school teacher and the other was a social worker. I think ISFPs can be found in pretty much every profession and in most walks of life, they just aren't very outwardly social. They can be painfully shy and introverted or they can be outgoing and engaging. I'm a pretty outgoing extrovert, but I am often too shy to get out there and be social, so I'm a perfect example of an introverted ISFP. ISFPs are often misunderstood, even by other introverts. They are naturally more reserved and private, but they can be very charismatic and witty. If you know an ISFP, you will know it. They are more likely to say something funny or insightful at a difficult time, rather than try to make the situation seem better. They are usually good listeners and not good at initiating conversations.
