Bob Duncan personality type is ISFJ, or the Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging type. I know the ISFJ is the most common type in the world, and I’m not really sure why. But I believe it’s because we need alone time with our thoughts, and we need to feel like we’re doing something useful and meaningful.
I can relate to this trait, and I think it is what helps me stay productive and successful. I also believe it’s one of my greatest strengths and weaknesses.
I am a fairly organized person. I have a system for everything, from my finances to my personal life. I have routines and keep on top of things. I’m a “morning person” so I am always on top of things as well as being on time. This makes me a great leader and manager, but sometimes can be a problem for relationships.
I have a lot of friends. Almost all of them have been introduced by a mutual friend or had a mutual friend introduce us. I am a great listener and a great “people person”. This is a good thing for a manager but not always for a friend.
