Raccoon personality type is ENFJ, which is the most extroverted of all the sixteen types. In my experience, ENFJs are more likely to be extroverts than introverts. I’m so used to seeing ENFJs in leadership roles that I assumed they had a predominant introverted temperament. But they don’t! ENFJs truly are often outgoing and gregarious. ENFJs are not only very social, they are also highly emotional and emotional contagion is often a problem for them. ENFJs tend to be very emotional and emotional contagion between individuals is always good for the group. If you can find someone who’s exactly like you in all ways, that is probably a good thing.
I’ve been working with an ENFJ client for the past year. I wanted to get an idea of what it’s like to work with an ENFJ. I asked my client how it was going and she said it was great. She said she and her team were all having a great time, enjoying each others’ company, working well together, laughing a lot and having a great time. She said they were also sharing information and experiences freely, which was beneficial for everyone.
