Yan has not only been learning about the importance of expressing his feelings and his struggles to do so, he has been trying to express his feelings and his struggles to do so. He has been learning through “theatre”, he says. This has opened up his communication to his close friends and family.
“I have learned a lot from theatre,” he says. “When I said ‘I love you’, they knew what I meant.”
