Jeff Wakefield personality type is ISFJ, but I also have a hard time with that because he just seems like an ISTJ to me in a way. He just seems like he thinks logic is the most important thing and that he should be right all the time and he's very good at manipulating people to get his way.
I think the ISTJ is the one that gives him the most trouble. The ISTJ, however, has a much harder time with the ISFJ, because they are both very focused on people and they don't allow distinction between them and themselves. While ISFJ is very much self-sacrificing, ISTJ is very much focused on himself and how to get things done - how to be right, how to be "right", how to be dominant and so on.
The J in INFJ stands for "Judging" and I think that's where the INFJ's extra strength comes from - they have this extra strength of being able to see into people. They are very concerned with people. They are very concerned about the "right" and "wrong" of things and things have to have a place under their rules - it can't be too much outside of that.
