Axel Summers personality type is ISFJ, and I've suspected for a while that he might be ENFP. I've been telling the story of how he and I went flying together, and that he has been off for a while and I'm still trying to piece together what happened. I think the main problem with his flying is that he had a lot of experience, and he's flying into the storm. He's flying over the worst terrain in the area, that's all.
August 30th, 2007 - The day before he came online, we were talking about a problem he was having with his boss. He was very concerned about his job security, and said that he felt like he was being pressured to work harder and harder and that his boss was getting mad at him.
Today is the first day he's been back on. He's not posting much, but I checked in with him today because I wanted to ask him a few questions. I found out that on August 18th, 2007, his boss called him into her office and told him that she knew he worked too much and that she was going to have to put him on notice.
