Macduff personality type is ESFJ, the (e)stp, extroverted, sensing, thinking, judging, judging personality type. I am a big fan of this personality type and I would recommend it for almost any position in leadership. Well you might not be able to tell from the first three posts, but I consider myself extroverted and I am a very action-oriented person. I don’t know about you, but for me the “action” part of an introvert-extrovert is not necessarily the same as the “action” part of an extrovert-introvert, but that’s another thing for another post.
The “thinking” part of an intp personality type is not the same as the “thinking” part of an extrovert-introvert, either. I don’t know about you but my brain seems to be very active at all times and if I don’t get to do what I want to do, I get very agitated. The best example of this is when I have to spend time with my family on vacation.
