Mizuiro Kojima personality type is INFP, but her, as she says, "essence" is ENFJ. She's a very genuine person who cares deeply about those she loves and who she loves.
Because of this, she's a bit of a pushover, as she often bends over backwards to please those she cares about. But, as she says, she's a "good guy" who wants to do what's right for those she cares about. This is easily seen in her first character design, a young man with a twinkle in his eye who looks like he'd leap into a fire without a second thought to save those he cares about.
In the anime, this is even clearer, as her true personality is made plain from the start. I'd say that her character design is definitely closer to her true personality.
As for her design in the anime, I think the colours are a bit more vibrant than in the comics. I must say, I'm not a fan of the huge sleeves she wears. I think they look pretty good on the anime version though. ^_^
As for her voice actress, it's a bit difficult to explain exactly why I think her voice actress is so good.
