Nozomi Kujo is a character in the seinen manga series UQ Holder!, created by Ken Akamatsu. The character first appeared in the 1999-2000 series. Nozomi is a member of the Kujo family, which consists of her older sister Hotaru, her father Satou, and her younger brother Ruri. She is the second character to be introduced into the series.
Nozomi is depicted as a quiet, introverted and somewhat naive person, who can't seem to stand up for herself. She is also very sensitive and emotional, which makes her vulnerable to other people's opinions. Despite this, she is still a very friendly person who is willing to help any people she meets, even if she doesn't know them well. Nozomi has a huge crush on her cousin Shirou, and her feelings are eventually reciprocated by him. She is also one of the main characters of the UQ Holder! OVA series.
