Sōsuke Aizen personality type is INTJ, or introvert, intuitive, thinking, judging, and perceiving. When he first appears as a Seireitei shinigami, he is a very good and respected Captain, and the fourth-in-command of the 12th Division. He is intelligent, and brutally efficient; he is also a very good strategist and leader. Through his duties as the 3rd Division Captain, he learns how cruel Seireitei can be. He also realizes that power and respect are not limited to Shinigami, and that some people such as himself can rise above those who can't even remember their names, such as those Justice-obsessed Urahara and Ryoka. He is able to hold his own against captains of the Gotei 13 despite the fact that he is not a Captain.
As a Shinigami, Aizen's zanpakuto is called "Shikai: Tōkijin", meaning "Blade of Returning Light". His shikai takes the form of a long katana with a single blade edge and a three-pronged hilt. The blade of his blade is made of a special steel that is almost impossible to cut through.
Sōsuke Aizen (藍染 惣右介, Aizen Sōsuke) is the former captain of the 5th Division in the Gotei 13. He later leaves Soul Society with his followers, Gin Ichimaru and Kaname Tōsen. His lieutenant was Momo Hinamori. He formerly served as the lieutenant of the 5th Division under Shinji Hirako.
