Simon Ravetch personality type is ENFJ, the rarest of the rare.
"ENFJ is the rarest personality type out there. It's not even in the top three," said Enneagram expert and author David Keirsey, who has written extensively about the Enneagram and personality types. "ENFJ is the only personality type that does not appear in the Myers-Briggs or Strong Interest Inventory."
The Myers-Briggs personality test, created by Isabel Myers and her daughter, Katharine Briggs, has been used by corporations and universities to evaluate employees and potential hires. The Strong Interest Inventory, created by Isabel and Katherine's sister, Alice E. Myers, has also been used to study personality types.
Both the Myers-Briggs and Strong Interest Inventory measure personality based on how people prefer to spend their time and money, what they enjoy doing and how they prefer to be treated. When Keirsey was researching the Enneagram he discovered that both tests did not measure ENFJ at all.
"ENFJ is the only personality type that doesn't show up in any of these tests," he said.
