Bill Foster personality type is ESFJ, or Extraversion, Sensing, Feeling, Judging. This is the first time I hear this type of description. I thought ESFJ was just another type of ENFJ. The extraverted, sensing, feeling, judging type.
I have always known I have this type of personality. I have always been the one to speak up for others, to speak on behalf of others, to be the people person. But, I am sometimes too giving of my time and energy. I always try to do more than is asked of me.
I have known my strengths and where I am good at for a long time. This is what I am good at. This is what my best friend would say she is good at. This is where I connect best with people.
But, I don’t like to talk about my strengths or about myself. I don’t like it when people say my strengths are that I am the people person. I don’t like it when people say I am not assertive enough or not assertive enough times (I know I am).
So, this is how I describe myself now. I am the people person.
