Budzi is a very good type to be in when you’re in a management/executive position, because we have a high threshold for pain, we’re not afraid to speak our minds and we’re always looking for solutions. We can also be extremely loyal to friends and colleagues. So the downside is that we’re not very patient and can really burn bridges when something’s not done right, but those who know us well know this is often because we’ve been impatient or something’s not working quite how we want it.
