In my opinion, they’re the type most capable of working out a compromise between two conflicting moral positions, and of being able to accept differing moral positions from other people. They have a lot of giving and sharing values, and are very concerned about others. All of this is a very great help in dealing with people.
On the other hand, I say that they may have a flaw in that they’re too willing to defer to other people. They can easily be manipulated by other people, and lose their own independent judgment. They may also be too willing to follow the crowd if they’re not careful.
I don’t think it’s always a good idea to be too willing to follow the crowd, but on the other hand, I think it’s a good idea to be careful of being manipulated by other people. So I don’t think it’s always bad for them to be able to make compromises. I also think that they should make compromises with their own values, but it’s not something they should do too often.
