Lee dayeol personality type is INTP, and that's not a bad thing. I have a tendency to be a little too literal and overly specific, and I tend to make people feel like I'm not interested in them unless they meet all of my criteria. (If you don't, I'm probably not interested in you either.) But the idea of "being interested" is important to me, and I can't help but feel like I'm defective for having such a hard time with that.
I've been working on the idea that interest and attraction are two different things (interest, and then attraction and then interest) and that they're not mutually exclusive.
I've been trying to work on trusting myself and accepting that I may not be able to predict how other people will respond to me or what they want from me, and that's okay.
I've been trying to understand that it's okay for me to be who I am and not try to change myself for other people. And to try *not* to take every compliment as a sign that I'm doing something wrong or that other people think I'm attractive or that I'm doing something wrong.
