Julian Bashir personality type is ENFP, but I dislike the "terrible" ENFP subtype. People who actually are "terrible" are usually ENTJs or ENTJs who didn't grow up properly. I believe that the ENTJ subtype should be renamed to "good" (not sure about INFJ), and all ENFPs should be renamed to "nice." But if "terrible" ENFPs exist, they should be exiled to the Alien planet.
