Morana personality type is INTJ, especially when they’re in the 5th or 8th function. And if you’re an MBTI practitioner, you know that INTJ is one of the rarest types to see on the MBTI (if you can even find INTJ on MBTI at all). This means that Moranas are rare and precious. They may not be as rare as some rarer types (like ISFP or ISTJ), but rare is still rare.
When I first discovered Morana, I was trying to work out whether it was more than just a character trope. So, the first time I read a Morana story, I was disappointed. The first story I read of theirs didn’t really do anything for me, but I stuck with it anyway. I started to see what made Morana so special, and how they were so different than the rest of the characters out there.
That’s not to say that they’re not similar to other characters – they’re just different. And that’s what makes them special – they’re different.
