Nico Terpstra: In 2009 we had about 20 people. It was a very small group, but we had a good structure, a good management. We had a great coach. It was a team of about six people who were responsible for the different aspects of the work. We had a director of the team, a manager, a chef, a cleaner, a national leader, and then two or three people who were responsible for the different countries that we worked in.

Nico Terpstra: At that time we were working on a lot of projects in different areas.
