I had always assumed that an ESTP wouldn’t be as “warm and fuzzy” as a feeling type like an INFJ, but the last time I talked to a friend who was an INFJ she said that she and her INFJ friends had noticed that McCain seemed to be more of a buddy than a president.
The ESTP and ESFP combination can be especially useful for those who are uncomfortable with or intimidated by traditional thinking or who want to create new paths. This combination is often seen as the most ideal for those who seek to be creative and innovative.
The ESTPs need to have complete freedom to be creative and innovative. For them, creativity is the norm.
