He is Professor Emeritus of Political Science and Philosophy at McGill University (Montreal) where he taught from 1961 to 1997[1]. 1] His reflection is at the crossroads of many currents of thought and disciplines: analytical philosophy, phenomenology, hermeneutics, moral philosophy, philosophy of religion, anthropology, sociology, politics and history.
