In this article, I want to explore the differences between INFPs like me and other personality types.
While the differences between INFPs and other personality types are obvious, I don’t find them as obvious as people say. In fact, I find them to be quite controversial.
I’ve heard people argue that we don’t really differ from other personality types, but rather, we just have a different “style” of thinking.
I disagree. I think INFPs and other personality types interact with the world in so many different ways that it is almost impossible to define them as similar or different.
Who’s Right?
The people who say that we’re all the same are right in some ways. For instance, research shows that the INFP is often found in the same group as the INTP. This means that a lot of INFPs identify with both the INFP and the INTP.
