Jeff Portnoy personality type is ESFP, also known as the "artistic" type. He has an inexplicable knack for finding unusual ideas and pursuing them with zeal, and is so talented at what he does that he seems to be able to put his foot on the gas just by thinking about it. He can be brilliant at understanding complex systems or intricate interpersonal dynamics, but also has an incredible knack for seeing the big picture of things just by having a look around. He's not afraid to look stupid or ask dumb questions, but he's always curious and never afraid to learn. He loves to play with things and see how they work, and is really good at fixing things.
