I’m extremely organized. I’ve always been organized to the point that it’s rivalled only by the ISTPs who run my company. It’s something that’s almost innate to me.
I don’t like to be tied down by too much structure. I prefer to keep things loose so I can adjust things as I go along. I’m very flexible and spontaneous, so I enjoy setting up different processes and leaving things fluid.
I usually see things for what they are rather than what they should be. I’m pretty honest, although I often deceive myself into thinking that I’m actually being honest.
I like to stay on top of things, but I can sometimes be too tense and over-anxious about getting things done.
