11:30 p.m. - I'm not sure what time I took the bus home last night, but it was dark, and the bus was full of students going to school. I'm not one of those people who like to ride the bus at night, but I didn't mind because I was getting off at my stop - the route that takes me back and forth between my parents' house and my apartment. My stop is about a mile from my apartment, and it's pretty much the only safe place to get off at, so most people take that route.
I usually get off right around the corner from my apartment, but last night, I got off earlier than usual because I had to wait for a few people to get off first. When I got off, I saw two guys standing out front of the building who looked suspicious.
