ENFJs are great listeners, but they tend to need other people to talk to first. They don’t like to do things on their own, and they don’t like to be alone. They crave connection and make other people feel like family.
They’re very empathetic and can often be sensitive to other people’s feelings, which is why they try to stay close to people. They want someone to feel close to, even if they are alone.
Because they are so sensitive to other people’s emotions, ENFJs can be easily overwhelmed by tension. They need that conversation with someone close to relax them. If they can’t talk about their feelings with someone, these emotions can build up and lead to depression or anxiety.
ENFJs have a hard time saying no because they don’t want to hurt people. They want to be the one person who takes care of others, so they will do whatever they can to make others feel okay.
