Here's what we do: we have a weekly call, where we talk about our week and then we have a group meeting each week where we do a deep dive into each other's lives.
For example, I might ask them what happened in their week, and they might ask me the same thing. We both take turns talking about our week, and then we both get to ask each other questions.
This has been really powerful for me because it has helped me take my life more seriously. I can't do this without them, but it has helped me to take myself seriously, which has given me more authenticity in my life.
