Johnny personality type is INFP, which I just read from the MBTI. I am an INFP myself. I have always been a creative type, and it was a struggle for me to find a career path that would allow me to express my creativity. I was an English major in college, and my major was in Creative Writing.
Many of my friends are also INFPs and they are some of the most creative, kind and caring people I've ever met. Like me, they are great with animals, artists and writers.
What I am not is a good team player. I simply do not like working or collaborating with others. This is not a problem when I am alone, but it becomes an issue when I need to collaborate with other employees to complete a task or produce a written piece.
I nearly always need to focus on myself in order to complete a task or produce what I need to produce. If I am not able to do that, I will often stop working on something and let someone else finish it for me. My boss has noticed this tendency, and he has made a conscious effort to give me more responsibilities that allow me to work alone.
