Etta Place personality type is ISFJ, a rarer personality type that is even more rare in men. But in my experience, they are very rare in men, so I have been lucky to have one. He’s a great guy, and I’m so happy for him.
Our relationship kind of fell into place when I was 18, and he was 20. We were living in the same city, and although we didn’t know each other, we lived in the same area. I just happened to be in my library when the doors opened one day, and there he was. He had a band going at that time, and he was jamming with a friend playing guitar. I was instantly drawn to him. He looked at me, and it was like our eyes met.
I was too shy to approach him at the time, so I waited for him to leave. Then I approached him and said, “Hi, I saw you play at the library today. That’s really cool.” He said, “I’m going to play again tonight.” I said, “OK. I’ll be there!”
