Charles Hayward personality type is ENFJ, or extroverted intuitive feeling. The key here is “feeling”, not “thinking”. I’m a feeling type, but I don’t think feelings are a “bad” thing. I do, however, appreciate that people can’t always express feelings as freely as they might wish.
I’ve also thought that I’m a “thinking type”, because I prefer to present arguments and arguments to support arguments. However, I’ve come to realise that I’m actually a bit of a “feeling type” – and I think this is true for most ENFJ’s.
