Grøh personality type is ISTJ, so I'm too much of a "doer" for him. I know the ISTJ personality type but I could never be an ISTJ. I want to be an ISTP, but I'm too much of an "ideativ" for him. He is not able to understand how I think. He says that I'm too conceptual, but that's also one of my best qualities.
