In 1998 she founded The Leadership Forum, a management workshop and management training company for women and men from around the world. In 2001 she co-founded the Women's Leadership Network, a group of women who come together to explore their leadership skills, grow personally and professionally, and help other women.
She has co-authored two books on leadership with Shari Zarnowitz: Managing with Passion, published by McGraw Hill in 2005, and Leading with Passion, published by Berrett-Koehler in 2006.
