Pietro personality type is ENFP, an extrovert with introverted intuition. Paul is the only ENFP I know of that externalized his ENFP traits. And yet, for all his fondness for the idea of the quiet, introspective artist, he was by no means passive. If you met him on the street, you would think he was an ENFP. He had a childlike eagerness to learn new things and to share what he learned with others. He did not move beyond the surface level of things; he enjoyed ideas and concepts, but he did not struggle to understand them, and did not ponder the larger implications of the things he did understand.
He was possessed of a rich imagination that he shared with all his family members. As his younger brother noted, “He’s always drawing something,” and Paul’s artistic ability was accompanied by an equally profound visual imagination, which he shared with his brother and sister, who were also artists.
Paul’s musical abilities were similarly extraordinary. He was an accomplished piano player, and performed regularly in concerts with his family, who were professional musicians.
