Shari personality type is ENFP, and I have a tendency to act out of character when I'm under stress. I've gotten better at handling stress and dealing with it much better in the past few years, but I still have times of great stress and feel like I'm slipping (like my head is spinning or I'm just not seeing things clearly at times).
I think ENFPs can be completely scattered and unorganized and you can never tell when you'll need something. And I've lost things before and it's been so stressful for me. We're a very sensitive and intuitive people, and I think that might be why we pick up on certain things more easily than others. For example, when my mother had Alzheimer's, my brother and I were the ones who were able to pick up on it. She would do something, and we'd be like, "Mom! You're not doing that! You're not doing that!" We just had this extra sense with her, but the rest of the family didn't have it.
