Teddy personality type is ISFP, which is the fun, creative type. I was the only child in my family with a working mother, and I was extraordinarily close to my mother as a result. So I had a very nurturing and empathetic relationship to her.
I was also very close to my father, who was always trying to shield me from the worst of the world. But I loved the idea of being an explorer — it was an interesting thing to be — and we would go on adventures. We'd go on bus and train and underground and underground and remind me of an Indiana Jones movie. I loved that. And I saw my father as the main hero in my life [and] I wanted to be like him.
So I went on this adventure with my father and we went to the Himalayas and we went to Afghanistan and we went to Borneo. We did these quests together. So that's where my idea of adventure started. But I had a great childhood and I was socialized to be a good kid — I had no trouble — and I was socialized to think about others and adapt and be flexible.
