Robin Gallagher personality type is ESFP, and says she was a “very shy and quiet child.” She was also a very smart child and never considered herself not enough of an extrovert. She was, however, the only child in the family and felt like “the odd one out.”
As an ESFP, she says one of the most difficult parts of her life has been keeping up with all that is going on around her. She never had a chance to learn how to prioritize her time and she didn’t learn how to say no.
“I was living an extroverted lifestyle, but I didn’t have a way of dealing with all of my responsibilities,” she said.
Gallagher said her first job was working as a telemarketer. “I was a very good salesperson because I loved going on the phone and being able to talk to people.”
She said she had some awesome salespeople as mentors, but she couldn’t continue as a salesperson for long. Since she had some sales experience, she became a sales manager for a short period.
