Teucro personality type is ISTP, like I am. However, I am fairly convinced that the type ISTP is not the same as Teucro. The ISTP I can identify fairly well, but Teucro I cannot. I keep seeing references to both Teucro and Truncator (the oldest ISTP subtype) in the literature, and I do not know that they are one and the same.

Not so. Or rather, not so much. The ISTP-Teucro is an interesting subtype, especially in the 5th dimension, very rare indeed. It's not just that ISTP is Teucro's opposite pole. The Teucro pole, though certainly rare, has two forms, the Teucro type and the Truncator type.
