Jooldom personality type is ISTP, and I'm an ISFP.
This is my second day of training, and this may not be the best thing for me to say, but I need to get my head on straight or something. I've been off of work for two weeks, and I am able to get into work, but I'm so nervous. I know what my job is, but I'm not sure how to get into it. My supervisor's name is Jennifer and she also told me that my previous supervisor, who worked there for five years, has left the company. (I was an intern at the shop for two years, and then became a temp for about a year.)
I know that Jennifer was nice to me when she worked there, but I don't know if she's the right person to work for. She keeps saying that she wants me to "get more comfortable" with the tools, but I obviously have no idea what she's talking about. She's trying to make me comfortable with the techniques, which are totally different from what I'm used to doing.
I've tried to explain to her why I know how to do things, but she doesn't seem like she wants to listen.
