I’m not going to lie to you, in the past I’ve been a little bit of a rebel in some aspects of my life. I’ve been a little sarcastic and a little “negative”, I have been something that my teachers have told me that I have been a little negative about being vegetarian. At the beginning, I was vegetarian because of ethical reasons, it was hard to eat meat, but then I started to be more active in the animal rights movement and then I started to stop eating meat because I don’t like it. At the beginning of my career in food, I thought being vegetarian was going to be a problem for me. But I’ve realized that it wasn’t a problem at all. Being vegetarian is not a problem for me.
I love being vegetarian and I love cooking different types of food. I like to use different ingredients and make new recipes.
