Riley personality type is ENFP, and I do think that ENFPs are most likely to be introverted and extroverted. They're not incredibly extroverted, but they are definitely more extroverted than introverted.
I had a bit of a problem with the Myers Briggs personality test because it doesn't really have an introverted version, so I like the MBTI and I like to see the relationship between the Myers Briggs and the MBTI and the Jungian stuff. It's a bit fuzzy, which is why I like to see all of these different names for things. I think that, overall, there's so much overlap between these different theories, so I think we can use all of them to describe people who are engaged in the same kind of work.
I don't really believe in labels. I think they're very useful in terms of talking about the world, but I'm not one of those people who thinks that the labels are correct.
It's a good class for beginners because it's very easy to understand; it's very easy to read, and it's very easy to apply. It's very easy to think about this stuff.
