Confi personality type is ESFP, but I have come to see that ESFJs are more likely to fit this description, though not all ESFJs are this way. ESFJs are “the life of the party.” They are so happy-go-lucky, so amiable, so fun-loving, that they are often confused with being dumb or naive. While being impulsive is definitely something that ESFJs are prone to, they are not impulsive in the way that NTs are. ESFJs are impulsive in the sense that they will often take risks, but they are very careful in what they choose to spend their time on. If they choose to do something risky, it is with the explicit intention of benefitting someone they care about, or of making a creation of their own out of what is left of their time.
ESFJs make friends easily and tend to like people easily. If you are an ESFJ, you probably have many, many friends. If you are an ESFJ friend of my friend, they will be the best friend ever. Confit is any type of food that is cooked slowly over a long period of time as a method of preservation. Confit as a cooking term describes when food is cooked in grease, oil or sugar water, at a lower temperature, as opposed to deep frying. While deep frying typically takes place at temperatures of 160–230 °C, confit preparations are done at a much lower temperature, such as an oil temperature of around 90 °C, or sometimes even cooler. The term is usually used in modern cuisine to mean long slow cooking in oil or fat at low temperatures, many having no element of preservation, such as in dishes like confit potatoes. For meat, this method requires the meat to be salted as part of the preservation process. After salting and cooking in fat, confit can last for several months or years when sealed and stored in a cool, dark place. Confit is a specialty of southwestern France.
