I think the accuracy of the description is debatable, but it’s a fair description of the desire for social connection; one of the reasons I read the book was because I find it hard to connect with other people, and I worried that I was an ENTP.
My other reason for reading this book was that I wanted to be able to communicate better with the people around me. I understood that I was not an introvert, but I also understood that I was not a extrovert, and that the extraversion scale was not really one of those things that could be understood without some experience.
So, I started trying things out. For example, I tried it out as a way to better understand the people around me.
