Wayne personality type is ISTP, Jack Jack is ISTJ. They are arguably the most similar of the four types, with their dominant function being introverted sensing. Their tertiary function is extraverted intuition, which means that they are both highly dynamic, outgoing, and versatile. Jack is lucky that he is also highly curious. He can jump into any situation with enthusiasm, and gives up his free time for no other purpose than to explore the world.
However, this can be at the detriment of his responsibilities. He doesn't prioritize them as well as Wayne does. If the world looks threatening, Jack runs away. If a job at a supermarket or a hospital looks boring, he leaves it. He's not always logical about his choices. Jack's intuition makes him a very creative person, and he can come up with some of the most original ideas. In addition, Jack is extremely good at solving problems with his insight into people and situations. He understands that you can't judge a book by its cover, which is why he's so good at cases involving people's pasts.
Jack does have a few weaknesses, however. So much of his life revolves around his own interests that he can become a bit self-absorbed.
