They’re good at following orders and getting things done, but they’re very limited and sometimes it’s better to let them do their thing rather than try to stop them.
Another thing to consider is that ISTJ is a very practical type, they’re good at understanding how things work and how to fix things, but their ideas tend to be a bit… cold. They’re very logical, which can lead them to being very logical in their arguments instead of letting their emotions come into play, which can be very frustrating for them.
They’re good at organizing things and making sure everything is going according to plan, as long as everything goes as planned. They often have a dry sense of humor and are very reliable, so they can be a bit boring for others.
