ESFJs are the people most likely to be aware of their own needs and feelings, and to act on them. They’re just not very good at it. They seem to be perfectly happy to accept the things they cannot change, and to do what they can.
That’s why they’re so good at organizing. They tend to accept the things they cannot change in life. They don’t like to make waves in the lives of other people, which makes them very good at finding compromises between people close to them.
They’re also good at carrying out their intentions, but it’s not often that this is called for. They often don’t recognize when they need to act in order to get the results they want.
ESFJs are excellent at following procedures, but they don’t like when they don’t get the results they expect. They like to be sure they understand what’s expected of them, which sometimes leads them to feel a need to test others. They’re not hard to figure out, though.
